Formed in Rio de Janeiro - RJ, 2008. The Band ARKIVO emerged in mid-2008 when Ricardo Farias (Guitar / Backing Vocals) and Ulisses Carvalho (drums), decided to leave his former group to assemble a new project. For this, they recruited Mark Belizário (guitar) and Glaucio Rodrigues (Bass / Vocal) for engaging in reinterpretation of classic Rock Roll In the late 60s to the present day. In short rehearsal time the band had a repertoire for more than 1 hour of presentation, including original songs and covers of national and international bands such as: Peter Frampton, Steppenwolf, Simple Minds, U2, Pink Floyd, Ramones, Seal, Paralamas do Sucesso, Keith Urban, Red Baron, Capital Inicial, Ira!, Plebe Rude, Outrages upon Rigor and others. With this lineup the band Arkivo got some good performances in the scenario dounderground Rio as tarps cultural Rio de Janeiro (Canvas Governor's Island and Lona Cultural de Vista Alegre), 79 Sedan, Paths Rock, Club 500, Planet Rock, Hangar 298 etc.. Playing Classic Rock (national and international), soon fell to the taste of the event organizers of Rio de Janeiro. With the departure of Mark Belizário Glaucio and Rodrigues, the set received three new members: Marcelo Magalhães (Guitar / Backing Vocals), who with his virtuosity on guitar and his riffs have a new "garment" in swingada footprint ARKIVO; Marcelo Braga (bass) and André Lacerda (vocals). After 1 year in this formation, and with different interests and goals, left the band to devote to a new project, Macerlo Braga (ex-bass) and André Lacerda (ex-vocals). For your new training ARKIVO recruited, Tatiana Fernandes with his voice sweet and velvety, but also powerful voices that can reach well marked thus taking the vocals and bassist David Tavares young and promising student Vila Lobos where one of his teachers was the renowned Arthur Maia. The ARKIVO also has its side authorial and currently has her work songs "Prophetic Gutter", "Any Place In Town" and "Stay With Me", hoping soon be launching a demo CD with his own songs.
