Formed in Pelotas - Rio Grande do Sul - 2004. The ALCALINA Band was formed in 2004 by Guga (vocals / guitar), Marcel (drums), Daniel (guitar) and Chops (bass). But in 2005, Daniel left the band and Chops, then entering Fabio (guitar), Mathias (guitar) and Leo (bass). Like any other project, the ALCALINA band had its ups and downs. Have participated in various festivals here in the city of Pelotas, playing with bands like Atrack, MD4, DDT, New World, Dontsleep, among other revelations rock (hardcore, punk rock, metal, etc.). Always working with covers, the band ALCALINA stands with his excellent performance in the music of Dead Fish, not leaving out very well as in other Aditive, Glory, Sugar Kane, etc.. With the current Guga Formation, Marcel, Mathias, Fabio and Chops again on bass, the band is working on their own projects that will soon be presented to the young Americans who always waved, supported and enjoyed the shows of ALCALINA.
