Formed in Resende - RJ, 2006. The Camelia Avenue appeared in the city of Resende / RJ. Hardcore, Rock, Heavy Metal, are your main influences; In early 2006 began initial preparations, we had nothing but various ideas, proposals when it announced the end of an old banda, which were already part Rafael Capilla, Marcelo Ferreira and Dukão Diego. In principle the Camellia was a project of guitarists and Marcelo Ferreira Rafael Capilla, who, after the end of the previous band, decided to risk starting all over again: a new name, a logo, a mascot, new ideas. For the name of several attempts, among Akpulco, AKPull, Rooster Tail, Camellia District, was decided initially by Camellia Avenue (due to a dream guitarist R. Capilla). After the entry of other members and trials, there was the beginning of the recording of the first album, so entirely independent and homely. But after a few months, the new members have left the band. In August 2006, R. Capilla and M. Ferreira reunite with D. Dukão, a rock festival in the city. During this meeting, then decided to restructure the banda, R. Capilla and M. Ferreira keeping guitar / vocals, D. Dukão for bass / vocals and Luciano Mountain assuming the sticks. The final name was decided then, by changing the Avenue Avenue, due simply to better pronunciation. In September 2007 the quartet released the EP01, with 5 songs.
