Para alternar com as coletâneas resolvi postar, em doses homeopáticas, um projeto que venho montando a anos. O objetivo é conseguir o maior número de informações sobre bandas nacionais que em algum momento tocaram qualquer tipo de música pesada. Na verdade seria uma mistura de do Metal Archives [que não contempla hard rock e outras vertentes], com Heavy Harmonies [destinada apenas para AOR e Hard Rock] e alguns outros sites. 

Tentei não ser radical e englobar todas as bandas pesadas brasileiras. Algumas possuem mais informações, outras o máximo que consegui foi o nome e o estilo musical. Vale como um indexador para curiosos e fãs do estilo. Você notará que a linguagem é o inglês, pois havia uma proposta de publicar o material por um editor nacional e distribuir via alguns conhecidos dos Estados Unidos e Europa. Infelizmente não foi possível levar o projeto adiante por falta de patrocínio para bancar a impressão do material. Ao invés de deixar o material engavetado vou colocar aos poucos as informações e quem sabe um dia eu consiga publicar o material na íntegra.

A seguir você terá a imagem da capa e o prefácio. Alguns erros de gramática irão aparecer, pois não tive tempo de corrigir com um técnico, ou em outros casos você verá que são informações de releases que foram apenas "copiadas e coladas". 

Sempre que possível citei a fonte de pesquisa, pois temos que aprender a fazer este tipo de publicação dentro dos critérios científicos da metodologia de pesquisa.

More recently research has been the source from the magazine Roadie Crew. But other research sources should not be ignored. Were also taken of information magazines Metal, Heavy, Dynamite, Valhalla and numerous fanzines. Where possible the information of the bands were attached to the origin of source of research, especially in the issue biography, many of which are the responsibility of the releases of their own bands. In order to close this volume, some bands were left out. In regard to musical styles presented here are placed all the styles that can be classified as heavy music. The far more accessible to hardcore hard rock bands were researched all possible. Most information about the style was copied from the reviews of magazines and music available on pages dissemination [exemple: Myspace]. Whenever possible were informed the cities and their states of origin of each group. No band was contacted to send material and hope that none of them cares about this type of disclosure. The central idea of ​​this publication are really disclose the heavy music in all its aspects. At the end of the material you will find a map of Brazil, with the states and major cities for a better location of the origin of each band.
