The hardcore band appeared in the neighborhood of Agrotóxico Ademar City, outskirts of Sao Paulo in 1993. In seven albums, the band deals with topics like anarchy, violence, self-management, wars and political issues in general. The performances of the band in Brazil, have gone through Rio de Janeiro, Parana, Santa Catarina, Bahia and São Paulo, besides the five tours in Europe, several countries of the continent. Has been the subject of materials, reviews, interviews and special in several media outlets such as magazines Plastic Bomb (Germany), Maximum Rocknroll (USA), Rock Press, Dynamite, Rock Brigade, Antimidia, Contravention, etc., plus portals Internet, as Net Punk, Punk Zone, Feedback, Rocker Magazine, Zine Kaos, Total Punk, Fuckkk, etc.. In 1998, the Agrotóxico released his first CD, "Chaos 1998" on independent label Red Star Recordings. In 2002 he released the CD "State of the Civil War." In 2002 the band made its first tour of Europe, in countries like Germany, Hungary, Netherlands, Switzerland and Portugal. In November of that year participated in the festival punk "The End of the World", held at Casa de Cultura Tendal da Lapa (São Paulo) event with rocker Supla in the audience. In 2003, he launched "A History of Rebellion," an album the group split with Rasta Knast (Germany), with the Agrotóxico music by German bands such as Molotov Soda and Slime, and Rasta Knast doing covers of bands such as cholera and Lambs. In 2004, she released an album with the group split Flicts, with the title of Third World Jihad, which differs from the recording of Brazilian music and to have some different songs. The releases were edited and distributed on CD and vinyl in many other countries by the German label Dirty Faces, but Marks Uprising, released by German label Nasty Vinyl. Also in 2004, the Pesticides made his second European tour, with 26 concerts, passing through Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, Slovenia, Hungary, Austria and Czech Republic. In 2007 came the release of the National Third World Jihad split) [9], and the new CD, called "Liberation", launched in Brazil and Germany [10]. That same year, the band made another tour of Europe, passing through Germany, France, Sweden, Finland, Austria and the Czech Republic, playing with renowned bands in the world scene, such as Rattus, Molotow Soda, Riistetyt, Massacre, Hass etc. In July 2009, the Agrotóxico released the box (DVD + CD Live) "From the Rubble," a documentary that tells the story of the band in interviews, photos and testimonials, and shows the whole of one of the most important shows in the history the band, held in Hangar 110 (São Paulo). In October following, "For the Rubble" was shown at Cine Olido, a classic film from São Paulo. Also in 2009, the band held its fourth international tour, next to Rasta Knast, Bambix and Rawside (band with whom he shared his first compact 7 ", titled" Break the Silence ") playing in some major European festivals such as "Vive Le Punk" (France) and "Attack Force" (Germany), having divided the stage with icons of punk rock world like: UK Subs, Anti-Nowhere League, The Varukers, Ratos de Porão, Mad Sin, Los Fastidios, etc.. Currently, the band continues playing several concerts in Sao Paulo and is working on a new album, they plan to launch in the second half of 2011.
