 Formed in Ribeirão Preto, São Paulo - 2000. Heavy Metal Band of Ribeirao Preto, São Paulo. The current lineup is: Guilherme Nogueira (Vocals), David Martinez (Guitar), Marcos Garcia (Guitar), Samuel Henry (bass), Marcelo Filho (Drums). Influences from bands of the '70s and '80s, like Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden and Metallica, who in purity and simplicity of their sound, they created a unique style and made everybody understands Heavy Metal. The idea of the band is not innovating the heavy metal, but yes, take it forward so that future generations can recognize the purity of a sound endowed with riffs and guitar solos, vocal acute and torn down with a serious ride, strong drums , heavy and accurate. After years of ideas and many compositions, AlBerZakh finally begins its activities. The name comes from the Islamist "The Passage" (after death the soul is questioned by two angels on their faith. If your answers are satisfactory, is brought to the "al-Berzakh" where it waits for the final resurrection. Otherwise , is beaten with iron rods as punishment). After several formations AlBerZakh, in 2000, along with Mark Martin David Garcia, begin to search for people who treat the music seriously. The theme of the letters (in English), is to question the man as to their existence and the existence of a supreme being. With strong lyrics and metaphorical, based on philosophical contexts, we create our choruses. The band is not tied to any religion or sect, are only ideas, ideals, explanations for the world intelligible.
