The Alkymenia appeared in Caruaru, Pernambuco in 2003, formed by brothers Lalo, Sandro Silva and Dennis Kreimer, in the beginning the band was a quartet, and his training brought Cristiano Honoratto (vocals), Sandro Silva (Guitar), Lalo (Low and Backing Vocals) and Kreimer Dennis (drums). At the time the band had in their repertoire covers of classic hymns of Thrash Metal and the early compositions. With this training the Alkymenia did several concerts in Pernambuco, playing at major events in the state, which did the band win a major highlight in the local underground music scene. Some years later, on the eve of recording their first official Demo "They Do not Deserve Respect" Cristiano Honoratto left the band. Months later he began looking for a new member to join the Alkymenia, and after two months of hard work doing various tests with vocalists from the city and state of Pernambuco, Chino Anderson assumes the new vocalist, and after exhaustive tests, Anderson enters in the studio and takes all the voices of Demo. In 2008 the demo is released and the band's schedule was filled with shows. The release of "They Do not Deserve Respect" was entirely independent, the band faced several difficulties in order to display a professional job and this resulted in the delay of the official release. In October 2008, the band was invited to participate in the Collection "Clay" by providing two new songs for the anthology, any project funded by the law to encourage the culture of the State of Pernambuco, an unprecedented and historic Funcultura since that this was the first project approved for Culture, whose highlight Pernambucanas heavy metal bands. The tracks included in the work bear the titles "Loser" and "Chaotic Religion." After a year and a half with no change in training, Chino Anderson left the band due to time and not being able to open the hands of personal plans. Months later, in February 2009, Sandro, Lalo and Dennis, get together and go into the studio to take a sound and get comfortable, quiet and testing occurred naturally decided to follow the brothers as a trio, with Lalo assuming the vocal lines. As a power trio, the Alkymenia gained prominence and national recognition in representing Pernambuco Rio de Janeiro in the biggest competition of the National Metal and International level, called the "Wacken Open Air Metal Battle" event in order to display only one band to represent Brazil in Germany. In 2010 the band was invited to participate in one of the largest and most traditional music festivals in Brazil's Abril Pro Rock, having an excellent rebound and win great highlights for specialized media and fans, from there starts the preparations for the recording the next job. The band shows the break in his schedule and focus on activities in the new compositions giving start production on his debut album, five months after the Alkymenia completes all pre-production on the disc. In November and December of 2010 until the band leaves Sao Paulo-SP to produce and record the album in the studio with renowned producer DaTribo Ciero, recordings were made in the analog system. In January and February 2011 Alkymenia returns to the studio in Sao Paulo DaTribo to mix and master the album getting a good result working band includes his best receiving great praise of this new album is undoubtedly one of the best releases of 2011 then the plans of the band will hit the road performing an extensive tour throughout Brazil to promote the record.
