Formed in Rio De Janeiro, Rio De Janeiro - 2006. The Alundhra is a heavy metal band formed in Rio de Janeiro in 2003 with the aim of translating music into riffs and intelligent lyrics reflections that come to mind the five members on various topics, including society, religion, people and more visceral emotions. The band - who started playing covers of Ozzy Osbourne, Metallica, Iron Maiden and other greats of the metal world - tries to be more original and competent in the technical arrangements. On the road for five years, won the 2nd and 1st place in consecutive editions (2005 and 2006) of Ibeu Music Festival and has participated in several events of alternative means of Rio, as Klash Of Titans, Meier Metal Masters, Full Metal Rock Festival and a presentation at the Hard Rock Cafe. Currently the band is preparing to launch Alundhra EP, the band shows in which four of his compositions. The members are: Justin Francis (drums), Gabriel Rudow (vocals), Igor Weber (guitar, solo and backing vocals), Thiago Gomes (bass and backing vocals), William George (rhythm guitar and solo).
