ALONE STALE

Formed in Rio Grande, Rio Grande do Sul - 1996. Alone Stale is an Extreme Metal band formed in 1996, in the city of Rio Grande/RS-Brasil. Its expression is based on the (i)reality of the circumstances. Its lyrics portray peculiar ideas like happiness search, freedom and other human nature illusive feelings, emphasizing like this, the search's failure of what mankind never finds. In 1999 the band releases its first demo tape called "Back to Suffering", having a great reception by the brazilian underground scene, being divulged by contacts, bands, zines and distros of all the country and also in part of europe, north america and some south american countries. Althought not having enough support for a professional production of its material, Alone Stale proposes in 2006 to divulge "Just Rehearsal", that consists in a demo-cd with three songs recorded in 2004/2005, being a previous stuff of the next record: "Which Word Does Offend?" (still not released, having its recording sections started in 2005 and paused in 2006) described by the band like an incomplete concept record. In the impasse provided by the time and by difficulty… in 2007 is released "Passing Opportunities", with the proposal of being divulged only in the virtual environment, containing rehearsals also dated of 2004/2005 and one more song from the first demo. Several changes in its formation have happened, due to mischances and disinterests, that reduced the band to only one integrant.
