Formed in Minas Gerais. I developed my talent when I was still quite young and since then I took my first steps on this road through the keys of a piano. Right after that I got fascinated by the magic sounds of the electric and acoustic guitar. I attended music school for a while but couldn't stand the classroom because i had my ears tuned to a different kind of information that was more accessible and informal. Rock'n'Roll! One thing took me to another. I was going from Beatles to Led Zeppelin, Muddy Waters to Hendrix to Santana to John McLaughlin. Added to all these different sounds there were always friends showing me Milton Nascimento and his "Clube da Esquina" and John Coltrane records. The information never stopped! Ever since, i have been studying on my own and gathering information to develop my sound. My goal is to create instrumental music based on the fusion of styles which highlights the various rhythmic, harmonic and melodic elements of my country's music accompanied by the virtuosity of modern electric guitar. I look forward to remain open minded and refuse to be stuck in the comfort zone which could be an obstacle to having the freedom to create music as I wish. So, nowadays i keep on learning, listening and playing. I hope you enjoy my songs and my MySpace page.
