Formed in Belém, Pará - 1994. Inspired by the mythology of the Egyptian gods, appeared in Bethlehem / PA / Brazil in 1994, the band Anubis, the proposal to make the good old thrash metal, with great bands as influences within and outside the proposed style, which reflects in his compositions . Due to various comings and goings with different backgrounds, the band just had their debut studio in 2006, launching his independent CD-Demo "Anubis, " earned good reviews in several information sources on the style (zines, websites, magazines, etc.), spreading by underground work intensely domestic and abroad . All this, coupled with concerts by the North / Northeast with bands like Torture Squad, Violator, Bywar, Desaster (DE), Benediction (UK) resulted in the necessary experience to launch his now-Debut CD entitled "Legacy Of Humanity" the label also Para Distro Rock Records. The band is formed by Renato Costa (guitar), Mauricio Sanjad (drums), Sandro Costa (vocals), Vinicius Carvalho (guitar) and Felipe Feitosa (bass), the first three of the original 1994.
