BERZABUM

Genre(s): Black Metal

Formed in Cachoeirinha - RS, 1992. Berzebum started in 92. The Horde has emerged starting the moment Zauberer (vocals), Asmodeus (guitar) and Daimon (drums) decided to expand their knowledge of black magic and Satanism through music. After some time rehearsing released their first demo tape entitled Benediction Of The Beast (92). This demo was released for all Brazil, with a very good response. Meanwhile, after a few shows, Belzebum launches a live demo, not official. Soon after starting the recordings for their second album titled Call To The Rites (95), giving a continuity in their lyrics, counting the very evolution of the members and their views within Satanism. This demo has a better quality recording, with a much greater disclosure. Already signed with the name within the scene, Belzebum starts sending his concealed work out of the country, Bolivia, Spain, Portugal, Colombia, Chile, reaching Norway. At the time Belzebum was invited to play in Bolivia, but the drummer Daimon was underage and could not release her to travel. In mid 96 the Horde moved to St. Paul with the intention of broadening their horizons. There is given continuity in the dissemination of Call To The Rites, and dividing studio rehearsing with the brothers of Mythological Cold Towers. In 97 Berzebum enters the studio again to record two new songs Satanic Majestic and Diabolos. In 98 Asmodeus gets sick, the Horde had to stop because it returns to the Rio Grande do Sul in 99. Until then the Horde never owned a bass, some people tried but were not in the Horde more than two days. Then chrislee, longtime friend of the Horde comes in to play bass Belzebum and is responsible for launching the demo Methushalac, previously recorded in Sao Paulo and launched in 2000. Asmodeus then recovers and begins to make Berzebum shows and spread the demo Methushalac. There were three shows in 2000. But suddenly Asmodeus has a relapse, and this time it was not possible to play back. Berzebum rings again for almost a year. With the union of souls and Gomory chrislee Berzebum they rise again in 2001, passing chrislee for guitar and bass for Gomory. Berzebum continued for another year with Zauberer (vocals), chrislee (guitar), Gomory (bass) and Daimon (drums). In 2002 Daimon decides to leave the Horde and the end of 2002 into its place Prohanu, giving a much larger size and speed to Berzebum. In 2003 Berzebum do three shows with the new line to mark the launch of the CDr Legemeton Sephiro Prod. Distr. (EP). This CDr is a collection of papers Call To The Rites and Methushalac, along with a new song called Methushalac as a bonus for the Warriors have an idea how Belzebum is currently and how will his next release. In 2004 Berzebum prepares to release his new CD Satanic Black Metal Occult.
