Formed in Assis - SP, 1995. The need for change and creativity was the trigger for the birth of a band between 1995 and 1996 in the town of Assis / SP, the land of traditional hinterland of country music, where you saw and heard about rock bands that were only made covers of rock and pop classics of the genre without any novelty, it appeared amid the CVOD With the proposal of a hardcore freestyle and direct the band in earnest reached an audience that had very little access to underground culture, but which preserved a thirst to change their routine and willing enough to develop a scene that would be recognized throughout the state and much of the country. During this period the C.V.O.D. was a strong influence in the inner cities of the state as an example Assisi - birthplace of the band - and many others in the region. Sprouted fanzines, shows began to be organized by the band and their friends, new bands began to emerge, and with guests from other locations who had the same affinities, many exchanges were made between the bands in the region, also the national and international scene. With that the band and the scene really strengthened and gained new directions in the region. Today after so long, we feel proud to have been one of the first bands to have given the ignition to the emergence of a culture, its growth and strengthening. Many people of our city and the region experienced a motivation to act with attitude, have more action and develop their projects over the difficulties that are there, taking in most of his letters of protest themes, and experiences of everyday life, banda shows the creation and the characteristics of a natural scene, where style inspired by local culture, equals and yet stands apart from other places where movement happens too hardcore strength and energy. By touching various parts of the country, the band took its proposal to independence, DIY, friendship and unity, sustained by a style of music that goes beyond a simple lifestyle and expensive interior. Composed of four members, guitar, bass, drums and vocals, CVOD has shared the stage with big names in punk and hardcore scene of national and international, solidifying its presence in time of national hardcore. Anyway C.V.O.D. is a legitimate representative of the interior of the underground scene ahead of our country, from 1996 to the present day, with a lot of attitude, willpower, courage, unity and respect, CVOD HARDCORE LIVE.
