Formed in São Paulo - SP, 2003. [C.O.A] - Circle Of Agony.... Founded by the middle of 2003 by Élcio Cruz [vocals] and André Pars [guitars], came from a band called Panzer, that released 2 albums: "Inside" 1998 and "The Strongest" 2001 and had toured many cities in Brazil. .... As characteristics [C.O.A] shows an aggressive and heavy sound, influenced by hardcore, thrash metal and stoner. .... In 2004 with bassist and drummer guesting they took part of the tribute "Brazilian Sabor - a virtual tribute to Faith No More" with the cover song "Cuckoo for Caca" (further info go to: www.underweb.com.br/brsabor or http://www.myspace.com/brsaborvol1 and http://www.myspace.com/brsaborvol2) .... In 2005 Circle Of Agony, now with Junior Dechetti [drums], Marco Guerra [bass] and plus Waldemar Animal [guitar], got into the studio to record and released their debut ep, "First Fucking EP" with 3 songs, complete artwork and a videoclip to the track "Damned", all to free download on the bands website. .... In 2006 [C.O.A] recorded the cover song "Caught in a mosh" part of "Indians... Not!... Brazilian tribute to Anthrax" (further info go to: www.anthrax.com.br)...... In 2007 with their old friend Luis Scapanni [bass] were back and Abílio Fernandes [drums], ready to play, a full-lenght ideia... "Jaws" released with 14 songs and a videoclip to "Your God Failed" in a limited brazilian CD edition.
