Formed in São Paulo, São Paulo - 2004. The band emerged in 2004 but with another name. In early May we were teenagers with the intent to make a sound so that all people would open his head. Went through some training, reaching the current lineup was formed in early 2009. The band has their own music but also do covers of bands like Capital Inicial, Titãs, Plebe Rude, Raimundos, Camisa de Vênus, among others. The Abstynencya play a genre of its own, blending bases Puink´s, aggressive drums and guitar solos. Our intention from the beginning from there to here has not changed. What the band seeks to do today is simply paras show people that we have to do something with this mediocre government of a country that is said to have democracy (but no one sees, after all we are obliged to vote, we are bound to see the elite there spitting up in the bottom, see our employees, who are all politicians spend our money and we can not do anything, and still have to hear someone say is do not care about public opinion that we, among many other picaretagens they do) and not just sitting watching them all do what they want with what is ours!
